Threaded Bottom Bracket Precision machined from 6061 T6 aluminum in Whistler, B.C

This bottom bracket will keep your cranks spinning smoothly. Our staff has carefully crafted every part except for the quality Enduro bearings we selected for our first bottom bracket.

Each bottom bracket includes:

• BB cups with bearings
• 2x Dust seals
• 2x 0.5mm spacers
• 2x 1mm spacers
• 2x 2.5mm spacers (83mm BB shell only)
• 1x 4.5mm spacer (DUB only)

Enduro Bearing Features:

Angular-Contact, ABEC-5, Bottom Bracket bearing featuring 52100 High-Carbon Chromium alloy races paired with grade 5 Balls with 90% fill, high-pressure, water-proof grease. When properly installed (black seal in for BBs) and adjusted, Enduro angular Contact (A/C) bearings engage all of the bearing’s balls to spread the force over a larger surface area, minimizing wear and increasing bearing life. This is particularly important in applications like BBs, where there are constantly changing lateral loads on the bearings, which is typically the primary cause for premature bottom bracket bearing failure.

Enduro bearings are always engineered with deepest groove races possible to accommodate the largest balls possible and feature dual-lip seals that ride in a micro-groove creating a full labyrinth to provide superior protection against the elements.
